New updated flat info: The flats come with two options. Completely flat with no top rails bent with the 1/8" holes drilled or with no 1/8" alignment pin holes-bent/stepped rail then CNC machined after.
Why buy flats from me and not buy the cheap pre-bent top rail ones from
everybody else? That's simple... I actually know what it takes to bend one
and how everything works. With that in mind I made these flats with the
holes in the correct locations and the correct shape in the front of the
receiver. No egging out of holes to get mags to latch in. Just put
on the trigger guard and set the front trunnion even with the front of the
receiver and you're done. No more distorted trigger pin holes since a hole
too close to a bend will always distort. The hole is smaller then it is
reamed to size after bending. The rails have mag stabilizers on both sides
as well as a bump on the right hand rail to move the hammer closer to the middle
of the receiver. You won't see that on the cheap rails, I guarantee that!

To use these flats you will need to have a 5mm and 7mm reamer. This will help solve two of the problems with the flats currently on the market. In all there are at least five problems that will be fixed with these flats compared to any offered before. The rails that will come with the flats are pictured below. They have mag stabilizers on both rails to keep the mag from tilting and causing feed problems. The picture of the rails are from the actual samples and are made from 4130 steel. Yes, I had samples made and tested them before shipping any flats. I bet no other company that sells flats ever went to that much trouble. These were designed from an actual receiver from Romania.
